Vice City
Inspired by Miami, Florida

Leonida Keys
Inspired by The Florida Keys
A string of islands trailing off Leonida's southern tip, linked by a long overseas highway. Scenic on the surface, and historically the busiest smuggling corridor in the GTA universe's Florida.
What it means for Online: Perfect geography for smuggling and boat/seaplane missions in GTA 6 Online, the natural successor to Cayo Perico gameplay.
Grassrivers
Inspired by The Florida Everglades
A vast wetland of mangroves, airboat channels, and stilt houses where the swamp swallows evidence. The trailers lean hard into mud clubs, gators, and back-country chaos.
What it means for Online: Off-road and airboat playground, and the obvious place for hidden stash houses and swamp businesses in Online.
Port Gellhorn
Inspired by Panama City / Florida Panhandle
A faded industrial port town on Leonida's northwest coast: motels, pawn shops, strip malls, and a dirt-track racing scene. The kind of place where everything is for sale twice.
What it means for Online: Early leaks point to vehicle theft, cargo, and dirt racing here, likely the working-class starter zone of GTA 6 Online.
Ambrosia
Inspired by Central Florida farm belt (Lake Okeechobee region)
An agricultural-industrial stretch inland, dominated by a sugar refinery and the flat, burning cane fields around it. Blue-collar Leonida at its most unglamorous.
What it means for Online: Reads like the future home of production businesses, the Online economy's supply side.
Mount Kalaga
Inspired by North Florida / Georgia highlands
Dense forest, rivers, canyons, and hiking country occupying Leonida's northern edge, the closest GTA 6 gets to Red Dead terrain, and the biggest wilderness Rockstar has put in a GTA map.
What it means for Online: Ideal for off-road expeditions, hunting-style activities, and hideouts far from the city in Online.

How many regions are on the GTA 6 map?
Rockstar has officially named six regions in the state of Leonida: Vice City, the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Mount Kalaga, Port Gellhorn, and Ambrosia.
How big is the GTA 6 map compared to GTA 5?
The GTA 6 map is expected to be roughly twice the size of the GTA 5 map, spanning the full state of Leonida from the Keys in the south to Mount Kalaga National Park on the northern border.
Is Vice City the only city in GTA 6?
Vice City is the main city and the largest Rockstar has ever built, but Leonida also includes the coastal town of Port Gellhorn, the agricultural-industrial Ambrosia, and settlements throughout the Keys and Grassrivers.
Will the GTA 6 Online map be the same as the story map?
Rockstar has not detailed GTA 6 Online yet, but GTA Online has always shared the base game's map. Expect all six Leonida regions to be playable in GTA 6 Online, with Online-specific businesses and properties layered on top.
